Banana muffins

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup sugar
  • cup melted butter
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cup flour (can substitute ground oats to make it gluten free)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients and fill muffins 2/3 full
  • Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes
