Banana muffins
Ingredients
- ¾ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 egg
- 2 cup flour (can substitute ground oats to make it gluten free)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch salt (optional)
Instructions
- Combine ingredients and fill muffins 2/3 full
- Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes
