Puffy Pancake

Ingredients

  • 9 eggs 2 person (3 eggs)
  • 1 1/2 cup flour (1/2 cup)
  • 1 1/2 cup milk (1/2 cup)
  • 6 tbsp butter, melted (2 tbsp)
  • 1/4 tsp salt (1/4)

Instructions

  • Beat eggs. Add flour, then milk, then butter, beating after each addition.
  • Pour in greased 9" x 13" pan and bake at 400°F for 30 minutes. (for a 2 person recipe, use a 9" pie plate and bake for 20 min).
